# Privacy Notice for Datathon Registration

As part of the registration process for the Datathon, personal data will be collected and processed. This includes:

- Name

- Email address

- Information about food allergies, intolerances, or special dietary requirements (optional)

- Information on whether you already have Wi-Fi access credentials for the institution

## Purpose of Data Processing

The collected data will be used solely for the organization, administration, and follow-up of the Datathon. This includes:

- Managing event registrations

- Communicating with participants before and after the event

- Arranging catering while taking declared dietary requirements into account

- Organizing Wi-Fi access for participants who do not already have access

## Processing of Special Categories of Personal Data

Information regarding food allergies, intolerances, or dietary requirements may reveal health-related information. Providing this information is voluntary and it will be processed solely for catering and event planning purposes.

## Data Sharing

The collected data will only be accessible to individuals involved in organizing the event. Personal data will not be used for purposes unrelated to the Datathon.

Data may be shared with third parties only where necessary for the organization of the event, for example with a catering provider to accommodate dietary requirements.

## Data Retention

Personal data will be deleted after the event has concluded, unless legal retention obligations require otherwise.
